Many eons ago...
The Atlanteans lived in peace.
They lived in perfect harmony, for they valued world peace, compassion, and spiritual unity.
They were technologically advanced, and had advanced knowledge of the sciences of crystals, vibration, acoustics, and electromagnetic energies.
With this knowledge, they built highly advanced cities and infrastructures.
They were also in contact with beings from other planets. They were taught how to sustain their civilization for centuries to come.
And they were in contact with spiritual beings from other dimensions. The more pious among them spoke with angels directly, as the veil between the worlds was thin and Earth's frequencies were more attuned to the higher realms.
But their technological progress surpassed the growth of goodness in their hearts.
And in their great power, they desired to put the whole world under submission to their rule. Their hearts became dark, and the favor of the Divine left them.
And so the Earth shifted underneath them and the waves consumed their civilization.
The former guardian of the Earth ... Behemoth ... was enslaved by dark magicians to do their bidding.
But dark magic always has a side that cannot be controlled, so eventually the dragon turned against its masters.
When the onset of the apocalypse came about, the dark magicians tried to escape Atlantis by riding on the dragon, but Behemoth's chaotic state caused them to fall into the waters.
So, they too, died among millions of Atlanteans in those times.
But a handful of people survived ... good and bad ... and escaped to other nearby civilizations.
Some fled to Egypt, others to India, to China, and to Tibet.
Some Atlanteans were away from the flood, on a voyage in the Americas. When news of the catastrophe spread, they stayed where they were.
They became the Incas, the Mayas, and the Native Americans.
For centuries, the culture and knowledge of Atlantis disappeared from the Earth as their descendants merged with the cultures and societies that they mingled with.
But not all of them have forgotten.
Some of the descendants chose to bury their heritage.
Others continued their legacy in secret.
Many of them became leaders, warriors, scientists, and artists of great reknown.
And their legacy continues at this school.
